- What can I do if I don’t want my account to be part of SSO?
-
All accounts associated with a cmail or cunet email address are a part of the Carleton University Zoom account and cannot be disassociated. You may choose to open you own account with Zoom directly using another email address (including your @carleton.ca email address), however these accounts will be at your own expense and will not integrate with Brightspace and Kaltura Mediaspace.
- Can I share a Zoom Account with another user?
-
Shared Zoom accounts are not permitted under the terms of use for Carleton’s license. Keeping your account private to you helps ensure the security of your Zoom account and the MC1 credentials you use to login. If you need to share access to a Zoom meeting, use the scheduling privileges and alternative host functions to work collaboratively within Zoom. If you need assistance using the scheduling privileges and alternative host features, contact TLS via the TLS Support Portal.
