The 2009 POLLARA Awards for Excellence in Public Opinion Research were recently awarded to three students from the Faculty of Public Affairs. POLLARA is one of Canada’s preeminent public opinion and market research firms, and has sponsored these awards for 12 years. This year’s winners are Alexandra Hickey (student in Kroeger College’s Public Affairs and Policy Management Programme), Francois Nadeau (M.A. student in the Department of Political Science) and Allison Smith (student in Kroeger College’s Public Affairs and Policy Management Programme).
