The BEAR Policy Conference Bridging the EU and Russia will host their second event on May 11, 2021, at 15:00-17:00 CET (Brussels)/ 09:00-11:00 (EST-Ottawa).

The panel, ‘Conflict Management in the EU Neighborhood’, will feature Professor Joan DeBardeleben will join colleagues from the Universities of Warwick and Tartu and the European Commission.
