Research: Dr. Siraki investigates the role of drug free radical metabolites in adverse (idiosyncratic ) drug reactions. This includes the investigation of chemical mechanisms by which free radical metabolites mediate macromolecule damage and how different reactive metabolites mediate different modes of xenobiotic toxicology.
