Criminology and Criminal Justice Professor Lara Karaian spoke to The Canadian Press about the Bridgewater Case. Six male teenagers in Bridgewater, N.S. have been charged with distributing intimate images of at least 20 girls between the ages of 13 and 17 without their consent. The case is one of Canada’s largest involving a relatively untested law designed to combat the non-consensual sharing of intimate images.
