Jeffrey Monaghan
A Toronto Star report on policing practices related to the Transmountain Pipeline included comments from Professor Jeffrey Monaghan. Addressing issues of data collection and policing communication strategies, Professor Monaghan discussed his previous research with Kevin Walby, an associate professor in the Department of Criminal Justice at the University of Winnipeg. Together they published a paper in 2017 in which they reviewed internal RCMP memos obtained through Access To Information and Privacy requests.
