Dr. Lara Karaian speaks on Bill S-210

On February 9th, ICCJ Professor Lara Karaian testified at a Senate Committee on Legal and Constitutional Affairs about the shortcomings of Bill S-210 An Act to restrict young persons’ online access to sexually explicit material.
