On February 20, Professor Zhiqi Chen testified as an expert economist at the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) hearing on mobile wireless services. The public hearing, held in Gatineau, Quebec between February 18 and 28, was part of CRTC’s review on the state of the mobile wireless market and whether further action is needed to improve choice and affordability for Canadians.
