Carleton University’s Co-operative Education and Career Services offer many ways for employers to partner with the university and recruit new talent. Here is a snapshot of the programs and services we offer:
- Co-op: Hire co-op students from a range of programs. Placements can offer short-term solutions at four months, as well as longer-term options (with certain programs) at eight, 12, and 16 months, depending on your needs as an employer.
- Career Fairs: These virtual events take place in January, March, and October and draw in students and alumni from a range of programs and industries.
- Customized Recruitment Packages: Explore a variety of recruitment opportunities to promote your organization to Carleton University’s students and new grads.
- ACT to Employ: For diverse and inclusive employers who are interested in hiring students, ACT to Employ provides access to a talented pool of undergraduate and graduate students with disabilities. This partnership provides support, education, and resources to employers regarding accessibility and accommodations as required.
