The WiE&IT Fall Mentorship Night is for women students to participate in a roundtable mentorship opportunity and complimentary dinner with working professionals from leading engineering and IT companies. Mentorship Nights happen twice a year. Our event this fall will help you develop your CV and networking skills.

During this session, you will learn:

How to build strong CVs that showcase your technical and career-ready skills.

How to stand out in a competitive market through professional networking sites like LinkedIn.

Best practices for using digital tools to optimize your marketability.

Who can attend?

We encourage women from all backgrounds and identities to join this Mentorship Night, especially women students in a Carleton University Bachelor, Master’s or Doctoral program, of: engineering, IT, applied science, computer science, mathematics, or physics. We are committed to creating spaces that are welcoming and supportive to women of all backgrounds, intersecting identities, and experiences – including racialized women, women with disabilities, Indigenous women, etc.
