The purpose of this processing is to manage your membership in the Women in Engineering and IT Program managed by the Faculty of Engineering and Design. We will use your information to add you to the program mailing list. We will also use your e-mail address to send you information related to the program. Your information may be disclosed within the Faculty of Engineering and Design or Carleton University for program administration purposes or for promotional purposes.

We may occasionally use a third party to assist with the management of program events. You will be informed during event registration if any third-party services are being used. If we use a third-party, you understand that we will be required to share limited contact information to register you for the event. Please note that your use of these third-party services will be subject to their privacy practices, which will be provided to you at the time of registration.

By registering for this event, you consent to photography, audio recording, and video recording to be used for news, promotional purposes, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by the Engineering Practice Program at Carleton University.

Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar Engineering Practice events in the future. You release Carleton University, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings.
