Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Investigation Procedure

Indoor Air Quality concerns will be investigated in the following manner:

• Advise your supervisor of the indoor air quality concern
• Report the concern to the Facilities Management and Planning, atFMP.Service.Centre@carleton.ca or (613) 520-3668.
• The FMP Service Centre will initiate an IAQ Complaint Report and arrange for Facilities Management and Planning personnel to investigate

If the problem cannot be resolved through an operational adjustment or maintenance task, further investigation may be required by Environmental Health and Safety.
