Contractor & Tenant Check In

For all contractors working on Carleton University Campus and tenants requiring access to a building:

The Ontario Ministry of Health is now requiring Ontario workplaces to implement COVID-19 screening before entering a workplace.  Facilities Management and Planning is requiring the following screening tool to be used.

Individuals who do not pass screening are advised that they must not enter a Carleton University building, should leave campus, self-isolate, and contact Telehealth for guidance.

When an individual has passed the screening questions, they are allowed to enter Carleton Buildings. Please ensure to indicate the building(s) you will be accessing.
Individuals who pass the screening will receive an email indicating you are cleared to enter a Carleton building. Please do not delete the email, as you may be asked to produce it to enter the building.
