Interlocks and Safety Controls

The burner is equipped with a complete system of electrically actuated, fully automatic sequence and flame failure controls. The comprise the gas-electric ignitor, electronic flame failure protection on the ignitor and main flames, electrically actuated fuel shut-off valves, steam pressure or temperature limit switch, air-flow cut-off switch, a low fire start after each burner shut down and pre and post air purges.

On gas burning units, high and low gas pressure cut-out switches and on oil burning units, a low temperature fuel oil cut-out switch, a low oil pressure cut-out switch and a low atomizing steam pressure switch is included.
