Waterfront Project – River Site

The River Site building will not only house the Norman Paterson Schools of International Affairs, the School of Public Policy, Administration, EURUS, and the School of Journalism and Communication, but also an external Centre for INDO-CANADA. Facilities offered will be a 400-seat theatre for large international presentations and for Film Studies, a very large open atrium with accessible patio over looking the river, an 90+ space underground parking lot, a conference centre, a quick cafeteria lounge, and public classroom spaces.  This building will be designed to meet a high level of sustainability, by incorporating a bio wall, a green roof, and sustainable design/construction practices.

Waterfront Project – Canal Site

The Canal Site building will house the new Master of Applied Science in Biomedical Engineering, a joint program with the University of Ottawa. Aerospace and Sustainable Engineering programs will also occupy the new building.  Along with these programs will be space for graduate student growth and common public spaces.  This building will be designed to meet a high level of sustainability, by incorporating a green roof, and sustainable design/construction practices.
