Recording: Self-Care for Health in the Colder Months

Self-care all year round is important and this summer was a great opportunity to utilize the warmer weather to get outdoors more, have less colds, and enjoying the longer day light hours. Winter will change our self-care practices and it may look a little different than usual this year. In this talk, Dr. Natalie Pond, ND will be discussing how our self-care practices relate to our immune health, the importance of vitamin D, and provide you with strategies to support your health and self-care.
