The university is embarking on an Identity and Access Management program entitled MyCarletonOne.
This program will simplify the way staff, faculty, students and alumni access IT applications and services. Once implemented, each user will use one username and one password to access most applications and services and will have the ability to change their password whenever, from wherever, in a secure manner.
The first phase of this multi-phased program will be rolled out to all staff starting in October.
We are very excited about this program and the positive impact it will have on the way ITS clients utilize university IT services.
