To ensure a seamless transition for Students moving into residence, ITS is preparing to provide IT support to students during the Move-In Week. A team of SME’s will be at Fenn Lounge to consult with students to ensure that their computing services are functional and compatible with CU IT services including wireless, network, security, etc.
ITS will also be at Expo Carleton on September 7th to answer questions and hand out the new, revamped student brochures and 1 GB USBs containing the brochure and Carleton Complete information.
Students now have easy access to support and services with the new Student Services section on the ITS website. Stay tuned for an Employee Services section coming soon!
