In December ITS will begin engaging faculty to transition to a MyCarletonOne account.
This account will consolidate the number of user names and passwords each faculty member uses to access Carleton’s IT applications and services. In addition, faculty will have the ability to self-manage their password through Carleton’s secure MyCareltonOne website.
The rollout will be phased in by department, beginning with Library Faculty on December 12.
It is anticipated that the rollout to all faculty will continue throughout the Winter term and be completed by April 2012.
Last October, MyCarletonOne was successfully rolled out to over 1,200 staff members.
