ITS is pleased to announce the phased introduction of support for Apple Mac Desktops (iMac) and Notebooks (MacBook Pro, MacBook Air).  At this time, support services for Mac will include:

  • Hardware Warranty Repairs
  • Hardware Upgrades / Repairs
  • Software Images
  • General Software Support

Effective Tuesday December 13, 2011  a certified Apple Specialist will be on-site:

  • When: Every Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30 am – noon

In addition, ITS Service Desk Support is available to help you configure your Mac on Carleton’s wired and wireless networks, as well as configure your email.

Please note that support at this time is limited to:

  • The extent that our internal systems currently permit.
  • The extent to which our Enterprise applications support web browsers available on the Mac.
