Beginning May 7, all phone and voice service issues must be reported directly to the ITS Service Desk via phone (ext. 3700) or email (its.service.desk@carleton.ca).

The current Voice Services extension (8888) will be forwarded to ext. 3700 and emails sent to ITS_telcom@carleton.ca will be forwarded to the ITS Service Desk.  Service requests and all service related issues that cannot be resolved by the ITS Service Desk will be escalated to the Voice Services department.

This change will enable a single point of contact for all ITS services and strengthen ITS’s commitment to customer service.
