As you may be aware, Carleton is currently developing a social media strategy for the university. To create an effective strategy that meets the needs of the entire community, we are asking for input from all groups on campus including faculty and professional services staff.

Specifically, we are interested in what type of social media communication you, as an employee of Carleton, would expect to receive from other Carleton offices and departments. We want to know what you like/dislike about the way we currently operate our social media channels and how you feel we should develop those channels going forward.
