Voice Services now offers Advanced Voicemail. With this service Carleton staff can receive a copy of their voicemail messages in their email inbox and more.
With this feature, you can:
- check voicemails from your email in the form of .wav files; this is useful when you are out of the office
- eliminate costs associated with dialing-in to check your voicemailbox when you travel
- check voice messages selectively from one web interface instead of having to listen to each message in sequence. This is especiallyhandy after returning from vacation.
- pre-record up to 4 voicemail greetings (in office, out of office, vacation, etc) and set them from your computer
