As of 11:00 AM, Jan19th, the ITS SQL02 server has been restarted and services has returned to normal.  ITS Support will continue to investigate and monitor the hardware.

Beginning on Monday, Jan 19, at approximately 10:40 AM, problems are currently being experienced with the ITSSQL02 Server.  This following services are currently unavailable:

  • BSM
  • CableSolve
  • CARM
  • EARS
  • InfoSilem Encampus (Scheduling/Exam Services, Central Booking)
  • InfoSilem TimeTabler (Scheduling/Exam Services, Central Booking)
  • Lab Stats
  • Maximo
  • PVCS Tracker
  • SARS Grid
  • SharePoint
  • VisionFM
