Delivery to Exchange’s “Clutter” folder has been resumed.
Impact: From March 3 to March 11, 2016, low-priority messages that would have been delivered to your Exchange email “Clutter” folder, were temporarily being delivered directly to your Inbox.
Normal delivery to of low-priority messages to your “Clutter” folder has now been resumed.

- As you ignore or delete messages, Clutter “learns” to deliver subsequent, similar messages to your Clutter folder
- As you move items from your Inbox to Clutter, or your Clutter folder to your Inbox, Clutter learns where you prefer, subsequent similar messages to be delivered.
- How to enable/disable the Clutter feature:
- Sign into Outlook Web App (OWA): exchange.carleton.ca
- At the top right corner of the page (gear icon), go to Settings > Options > Mail > Automatic processing > Clutter
- Check or uncheck: Separate items identified as clutter
