CCS recently upgraded the software on the voicemail system and have uncovered an issue where the message waiting light on your phones becomes out of synch with the system.
This may be evidenced in one of the two following scenarios:
- Your message waiting light won’t flash even though you have a new message in your voice mailbox
- Your message waiting light may flash but you do not have a new message in your voice mailbox
Please check your voice mailbox daily to ensure that you not missing any important messages while we work with the vendor to resolve this issue.
