As of 12:00 PM, Fri Oct 20th: the network & VoIP telephone issues in the 4th floor of the Library have now been resolved. Full service was restored by 11:00 AM.
As of 10:30 PM, Thurs Oct 19th, network and VoIP Telephone services are currently unavailable. ITS Network Support are aware and are investigating.
