As of 10:30AM, Oct 19th: Network issues on the 11th floor of Glengarry House were restored and network services returned to normal.
As of 9:30AM, Oct 18th: Network & related services including VoIP Telephone services are currently unavailable on the 11th floor of Glengarry House.
ITS Network Support are investigating.
