Update as of 9:30 AM, Oct 30th: The network issues experience earlier this morning on the 2nd floor of Lennox & Addington and the 1st & 2nd floors of Visualization and simulation have now been resolved.
As of 8:00 AM, Mon Oct 30th: Network and related services including VoIP Telephones are currently unavailable on the 2nd floor of Lennox & Addington House, 1st and 2nd floors of Visualization & Simulation.
Network Support are aware and are investigating.
