Please be aware of the potential for malware email from a compromised Carleton email account. We are still fielding calls from students, staff/ and faculty members that have fallen for this.
The subject line of the messages are randomized, and appear to be pulled from previous messages out of the compromised accounts inbox. The email contains a link and when clicked it sends out the email to your contact list. Sample below:
Do not reply to the message, do not click on the link in the body and do not provide your email and/or account information.If you have already clicked on the links in the body of the message or have already responded to the email, please change your password immediately.
