As of 3:45pm, Jan 12th: Now resolved and Travel and Expense service has returned to normal.
As of 1:30 PM, Jan 10th: Access to Travel & Expense Services is only available on campus or externally through the VPN service. It is not available externally through the Internet.
ITS Support is aware and are investigating.
