Over the August 16th weekend we will be replacing the current system that powers MyCarletonOne with Oracle Identity Management (OIM).
Once the new system is in place you can expect to see a new myone.carleton.ca login page and the next time you login to change your password, you will be required to select new security questions.
Please note: The process for new applicants and employees (anyone who has been provided a default MyCarletonOne password) to set up their account is changing. In the current system, these individuals are able to login to Carleton Central using their default password. Once the new system is in place, new users will be directed to myone.carleton.ca to change their password and select their security questions. Once they’ve set up their account, they can proceed to Carleton Central via a link from within myone.carleton.ca
In preparation for the switchover password resets and account creations will be unavailable Aug. 16, 17, and 18.
In addition, starting Monday, Aug. 12 until Monday, Aug. 19, account name changes will be frozen and will be processed again beginning Tuesday, Aug. 20th.
