Impact to staff, faculty, students, and retirees:
Your username and password will remain the same, myone.carleton.ca will remain in Maintenance mode until further notice. First-time Logins, Account Creations, or Password Resets will be unavailable during this time as ITS performs software upgrades. Any questions can be directed to the ITS Service Desk at its.service.desk@carleton.ca or 520-3700.
Impact to new users (applicants and new employees):
This pertains to anyone who has been provided a default MyCarletonOne password. Please check this page for information to confirm when you will be able to complete the set up of your MC1 account user ID and login.
Once the new system is in place, new users will be directed from Carleton Central to myone.carleton.ca to change their password and select their security questions. Once they’ve set up their account, they can then proceed back to Carleton Central via a link from within myone.carleton.ca.
