ITS is happy to introduce a new Chat feature, that allows customers to interact with Service Desk agents in real time.  All staff, faculty and students can sign onto the Customer Portal and click on the Chat icon in the lower right corner to start a conversation.  Each interaction is transcribed into a Jira ticket that users can reference in the Customer Portal at a later time.
