As 9 a.m. on Tuesday, April 19, 2022, ITS will permanently shut down the Banner 8 INB user interface, a web-based interface used by administrative staff, and fully transition to Banner 9 Application Navigator (App Nav.)
Banner 9 App Nav delivers important enhancements, including a modern user interface with improved accessibility for users of all abilities, enhanced navigation, and process management tools.
Those with open Banner 8 INB tickets will be contacted to discuss next steps.
Internet Explorer is not a supported browser for Banner 9. ITS recommends all users access Banner 9 App Nav using the Chrome browser.
Going forward, we urge users to update any bookmarks directing to Banner 8 INB they may have toward Banner 9 App Nav.
