Why ITS Recommends Microsoft Copilot
When users log into Microsoft Copilot with their MyCarletonOne password, they benefit from Commercial Data Protection. This means that their AI chat session will not be stored or used for training.
Look for the green shield in the upper right-hand corner of their chat session to confirm that Commercial Data Protection is enabled.
