The Project Management Office (PMO) is accountable for managing enterprise Information Systems projects and serves as a platform for managing the change necessary to deliver projects and initiatives in a timely and efficient manner. It serves as a resource for the Project Management Methodology (PMM), as well as for standards established by the Project Management Institute (PMI).
