- Advice and guidance on acquisition of computers, components and peripherals
- Diagnosis and/or repair of PC hardware and peripherals
- Sale and installation of components to upgrade existing equipment
- Configuration of PCs for connection from home
- Installation of site-licensed software
- Recovery and restoration of data from damaged computers (where possible)
- Re-installation of computers and peripherals after office moves
- Installation and configuration of new PCs from preferred vendors with an ITS image
E-Waste Recycling Program
Carleton University offers an E-waste Recycling Program that provides environmentally friendly and secure disposal of e-waste, free of charge, on campus. Please take a look at this list of Carleton’s accepted e-waste items list.
Campus community members (staff, faculty and students) can drop off their e-waste at the following location:
