RESOLVED: Intermediate Connection Issues to Carleton Websites

As of 11:00 a.m. on August 25: Intermittent issues that were affecting some users from accessing Carleton sites have stabilized. Not all users were affected and there was no internal root cause identified. Investigations have suggested local ISP issues as a possible cause. All Carleton sites remain online and accessible.
As of 1:00 p.m. on August 24, we are experiencing an issue that is preventing some users from accessing certain Carleton websites when connecting from external networks. In some cases, VPN connectivity may also be affected.
Our technical teams are aware of the issue and are actively investigating. We are working to restore affected services as quickly as possible and will provide updates as more information becomes available.
