Carleton Central, Banner 8 INB (Forms), COVID Screening form (Jira) and Intranet services are accessible and performing normally today.

ITS support continues investigating an issue for intermittent access and slow response to Carleton Central, Banner 8 INB (Forms), COVID Screening form (Jira) and Intranet.  These services may be slow or require multiple attempts to access.  Our apologies for the inconvenience.  The next update will be provided Thursday morning.

As of 1:06PM January 20, 2021 – Users have reported issues when attempting to log into Banner 8 INB (a.k.a. Banner 8 Forms) or Banner SSB (a.k.a. Carleton Central).

ITS is aware and investigating.
