Update: This issue has now been resolved. Full service was restored by 1:00 PM Mon Nov. 16. ITS continues to monitor the system to ensure that there are no further disruptions to service.
As of Thurs, Nov 12: ITS Support is investigating an issue with automated Banner reports delivery to network share folders.
Manual generation of some failed business critical reporting is in place. If you are aware of a business critical requirement for a failed automated report, please contact the ITS Service Desk at 613-520-3700.
At this time, there is no ETA for resolution.
