Performance issues experienced with Banner systems today from 12:20 PM to 5:10 PM. ITS Support investigations led to maintenance activity that required brief full outage at 5:00 PM for approx. 10 minutes. Full services and normal performance of Banner systems was restored at this time. ITS will review cause.
