BlackBerry devices are unable to send or receive email and pin messages. This is a national outage and is external to Carleton University. RIM Support is investigating.
An update will be provided once more information becomes available.
Update as of 2:45 PM:
BlackBerry service is now back up and services have returned to normal. Full service was restored at 2:30 PM.
