RESOLVED: Brightspace Unavailable

As of 11:25PM December 7:  Vendor Support is reporting that this issue has been resolved and full access to Brightspace has resumed.

As of 3:40PM – December 7:  Brightspace performance continues to stabilize.  Some functionality may still be impacted however, and users may continue to experience sporadic issues.  Outage is the result of an Amazon Web Services issue.  Support staff continue to work towards full resolution.

As of 11:45AM – December 7:  Users are currently experiencing issues accessing Brightspace.  Teaching and Learning Services is reporting that the vendor is aware and actively working to resolve.
