RESOLVED: Campus Phones

1:30PM, May 1 – This issue has been resolved. Users should no longer see the “License Violation” message on their Mitel phone.

8:30AM, May 1 – Users are reporting that campus Mitel IP phones are displaying a message that reads “License Violation”.  At the current time, there does not appear to be any impact to inbound/outbound calls.

ITS Support is aware and working with the vendor to resolve.
