Carleton Intranet Websites / Students unable to access Software download web pages – Now Resolved!

Update as of 3PM, Tues Sep 10: The issues we have been experience with the Carleton Intranet websites, including software download web pages, have now been resolved.
As of 12:45 PM, Mon Sep 9: Students are unable to login to certain software download websites (spss, nvivo, etc.) on ‘i.carleton.ca’, they receive the error “unable to reach banner”.
Some staff/faculty are also unable to access the Carleton Intranet websites, they receive the same error message.
ITS Support is aware and are working to resolve as quickly as possible.
