Clients will experience service degradation to the following services as ITS performs software upgrades.
- cuPortfolio Services
- Carleton CMS & Secondary Web Services
- Rideau Home Directories
- Degraded Radius Authentication Services
- Pinnacle Voice Billing System
Clients may also experience service degradation to the Carleton Mobile App during this timeframe. Despite this, there will be no impact to the Emergency Notification System (ENS). If required, ENS notifications will continue to be distributed through the Mobile App.
Full services will be restored by 12:00 PM.
