As part of regular system maintenance, ITS will be applying operating system and database software patches to our Exadata system in both production and test environments. During this time, clients may experience intermittent disruptions to the following services while ITS performs software maintenance:
- FAST Financial Application Services
- Smartcall Services
The Luminis database is also being patched during this maintenance window, however, there is no impact expected to dependent services.
Full services will be restored by 9:30 PM.
