As of 11:30AM Monday, July 15: ITS Support worked with the application vendor and have resolved this issue. Access to FAST has been fully restored.
As of 10:30AM Monday, July 15: Users are reporting issues with accessing the FAST financial portal: http://fast.carleton.ca/. ITS Support is aware and working to resolve.
