FAST Portal – Logon Issues

Problems are currently being experienced with the login creditials to the FAST Application.  Clients may be able to log into the application, however, they may get prompted to login again while navigating throughout the system.    

Work-a-round for the time being:

  • Clients who are using MyCarleton One, should log in with the MC1 creditials.
  • Clients who are not using MC1, should login using their CU Net Creditials, then when promted again use their Banner/FAST username and password.

ITS support is investigating this issue.
